Since I founded Avita Machinery Co., Ltd. and led my U.S.A,  Asia & European engineer team,
we have built some equipments with special function for our clients successfully, and our clients
are very happy with the equipments’ performance and durability.
 
In the past years our R&D team developed:
 
  * Thin TPU film laminating system for special waterproof system
  * Multiple–layer 5M wide pre-stretch blown film line
  * 11 layer blown film line with stacking die
  * 5 layer extruder with high percentage of recycled  P.E.T material for
     agriculture greenhouse film

  * Multiple-Layer Double-Bubble pre-seal air bubble film on roll
  * F.F.S bagging system
  * Anti-UV system for fresh milk package
  * Automatic elastic bandages on roll cutting and packaging system
  * Medical Gauze auto folding and packaging system
 
Beside above items:
 
AA. For blown film line we have spent lots of time to design from screw, barrel,
      die & air ring, and different towers with Re-winding system.We also make
      lots of recycling system which output is able to reach up to 2000kg/hour
      from post-consumer materials.

       advanced barrier screw, I.B.C with auto bubble basket cage, auto width control
       system, oscillating tower, and double face calendar type slitting re-winder.

BB. We installed lots of P.V.C. plastic-wood irregular profile system for our clients
       as well. From material compounding system à Twin screw pelletizing à Irregular
       profile extruder à Different products.
 
CC. For printer, our product range is from mini 100mm wide portable printer to 2000mm
        6 color stacking type heavy duty printer press with high speed of 200M/min. We also
        build 8 color C.I. printer which can run up to 300M/per minute with high quality printing
        result.
 
DD. For bag converting system, we build wave type flying-cutting machine which make
        800 micron thick bag with very strong sealing.Besides, we make Shuttle type poly draw
        garbage on roll/ Calendar bag making machine/ T-shirt bag making machine/ Side seal
        bag making machine/ Fully automatic soft-loop-handle shopping bag making machine/
        Table cover, Produce & Garbage bag on roll making machine.
